Sono ufficialmente nati i Generation Axe, superband di chitarristi che partiranno on the road dal 5 Aprile dal Paramount Theatre di Seattle.
I cinque membri sono tutti degli artisti mostruosi e celebri: Steve Vai, Zakk Wylde, Yngwie J. Malmsteen, Nuno Bettencourt e Tosin Abasi. Ad accompagnare i guitar heroes ci sarà un’altrettanto talentuosa sezione ritmica: Pete Griffin (Dweezil Zappa, Stanley Clarke, Edgar Winter) al basso e Nick Marinovich (Yngwie Malmsteen) alle tastiere.
